Primos Tire Repair Shop primarily provides in-person tire sales, installation, and repair services at our Miami location. However, we may offer local delivery or shipping for certain products upon request.


All customers will be informed of applicable shipping or delivery options before payment is processed.



2. Local Pickup


Customers who purchase tires or products online may choose Free Local Pickup at our shop.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation message or phone call. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when picking up.


Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.



3. Local Delivery (if available)


We may offer local delivery within a limited area of Miami-Dade County for an additional fee.

Delivery availability depends on product type, order size, and location. Please contact us directly at (786) 609-4089 to confirm before placing an order.



4. Shipping


If an item is eligible for shipping, we will provide estimated delivery times and carrier information at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or inventory availability.


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Primos Tire Repair Shop is not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues once the product leaves our facility.



5. Damaged or Lost Packages


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.

We will review each claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is applicable.


Primos Tire Repair Shop is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.



6. Order Processing Times


All in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Custom orders or out-of-stock items may require additional time.
